Talk Straight offer a range of telecoms products which any business can use. We guarantee we can save you money compared to your existing BT bill. Moving over from BT or your existing supplier is easy. You'll find you can keep your existing numbers and there’s no interruption to your service. The only difference you’ll notice is that your bills will come from Talk Straight and will be less than before!
Talk Straight offer all the traditional telecom products you expect to find from major telecommunications companies. These include but are not limited to:
- ISDN2E / ISDN30 (digital phone lines)
- PSTN (standard analogue phone lines)
- Non-Geographic Numbers (0870, 0845 etc)
- International numbers (e.g. you need an American phone number for your call centre operation who deal with your American business but are based in Leeds).
- Carrier Pre-Select. (cheaper telephone minutes)
Even though at Talk Straight we believe that VoIP services are the future, these traditional telecoms services are still the vast majority of services in the market place today. We are able to offer these and hybrid solutions where calls can be sent and received over VoIP but should there be any issues fall back onto your PSTN or ISDN phones lines.
